Other than just dividing by the number of portions (a fair number serve fewer, like 4-8), you can post here which specific recipes interest you, and we can help with the calculations there.

Most of the recipes states it serves 8-16 – I want to know how I can convert the recipes for a single meal. I am alone and don’t want to have too much leftovers nor eat something more than once a week just so I don’t get sick of it. How do you suggest I make the portions for one service
