Thank you, that makes perfect sense and I’m going to try my best to make the change.

Hi, Lynpowys. Eating too little when you’re most active and then more when you’re least active, i.e. at night, often a contributes to weight issues. If you can gradually make the shift (small steps can add up), this may help with the recommended adjustment.

I am new and just setting up my meal planner. The issue is that there is more food recommended than I feel I can eat. I only have cereal and a drink for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and an evening meal around 5.00. I do not snack during the day and would find it difficult to start doing so. The foods to remove mentioned in the opening video are the main things I need to change. My biggest issue is that I get hungry in the evenings after my evening meal. I then generally eat a piece of fruit or have a bowl of cereal. Are these things causing me to gain weight? I would be grateful for any help.
