Hi, Marta. We would rather you put salt on your dishes after cooking, andn of course, buy fresh foods that are not pre-salted. This way, you end up using less. The best salts are multi-mineral salts that are from areas close to you – in your case, Пиранска сол (http://sol.kineticgroup.mk/). If you have any blood pressure, kidney, or water retention issues though, check with your doctor regarding limits.
