Hi, Anne. Storage depends on the amount of time you think will pass between uses. If it’s just a few days, then the refrigerator should be fine. If it is more, then freezing these will work (probably for several weeks or longer).

Hi Ossie Sharon I made Greek yoghurt pancakes two days ago and today have made goats cheese spinach and mushroom tarts and lemon and cottage cheese muffins as they are both in my menu for tomorrow. Will I be able to freeze any of these and if not what would be the best way to store them and for how long.
