I have two time. 6 am 9am 12pm 3pm and 6pm
On the days I wake up late I eat at 8am 10am 12pm 2pm and 4pm. If I am still hungry after the last times I eat some free vegetables from the list given and don’t have to worry about all the extra calories. From my military experience, try not to eat at least 3 to 4 hours before going to bed. Hope this helps, and Happy Eating. 🙂

Hi,
I never eat after 5 pm. I drink my last two glassed of water between 5 and when I go to bed. When I get up the first thing I do is down a 16 oz glass of water. Small meals more often is a great way to get all your calories in.

I have woken up late the last 2 days which is the first 3 days of this new diet. What time is everyone eating and spacing out the meals? I wonder about the old rule of never eating after 8 pm, but also want to get the right calories in. If I ate breakfast at 1130 am then I am not done eating until like 9 or 10 and that does not seem right to me.
