Hi, stampincut, and welcome! The Trim Down Club does not work with calories, but rather aims to meet your nutritional needs based on your height, weight, and weight goals (lost or maintenance). It appears to be a lot of food in comparison to most weight loss diets because it is a lifestyle program based on normal eating for someone at your goal weight. It is very important to do this to keep up your metabolism and avoid hunger and related pitfalls, including binge eating and rebound weight gain.
If you are used to restrictive diets, it may take your body a little while to get used to the amount of food, but it really is an investment for your future and long-term weight maintenance at a healthy level.

Hi I just started my personal menu yesterday. It seems like a lot of food. Can you tell me what my total daily caloric intake is according to my menu choices? Thank you
