In the future, we will be providing exchange information for macronutrients. In the meantime, when you choose recipes in the Menu Planner and they show up in your daily menu, you can click on the icon to the right that will provide the exchanges. |
 teetimetam 12 years ago | Hi I just signed up. I already am a very healthy eater, but want to lose several pounds. I was excited to sign up here and get some new recipes, etc. I have looked at several recipes and none of them so far have the calories listed?? |
