![]() | I am concerned about the amount of carbs in this diet. You said it allows 250 grams per day. I am supposed to have 150 according to the Diabetic specialist that I have worked with. Can it be adjusted to lower the carb intake? |

What I can tell you is that according to your current information, our recommendations are approximately 110 grams of protein, 250 grams of carbohydrates, and 85 grams of fat, plus about 9 glasses of water per day. |
