Hi, Karen. This program does not work with calories, but rather with meeting your nutritional needs through adequate amounts of a variety of members of all the key food groups. In general, for dried fruit such as raisins, 1/4 cup is equal to a cup of fresh fruit; most fresh fruits are 1 cup per serving in this program, with the exception of pineapple, which is 3/4 cup.
In the future, we will be publishing “exchange” lists, so you can swap out whatever you want.
In the meantime, when you go through the Menu Planner application, just check off the fruits that are in season, and those are the only ones that will appear in your menu. Re-enter the application whenever you want, and as often as you want to make changes.

I need to know if there is a Calorie counter feature on this program
I also need to know exactly what I can substitute and can’t. Example apricots not in season. What can I substitute with
I like raisins when can i use those, i stead of. What?
