This program does not work with calories, but rather with meeting your nutritional needs through adequate amounts of a variety of members of all the key food groups. In general, for dried fruit such as raisins, 1/4 cup is equal to a cup of fresh fruit; most fresh fruits are 1 cup per serving in this program, with the exception of pineapple, which is 3/4 cup. |
