![]() | I am on a very strict low Calcium Oxalate diet, which means I can not have whole grains, nuts or soy, among other plant products. I am wanting to lose weight, but staying pain free from the oxalate crystals is my top priority. Is there a way I can make the recipes you have with white flour, I’m not sure of the ratio for substitution. |
