When you choose foods in the Menu Planner, be sure to select those that are mostly ready-made, or no slower cooking than most of the foods people generally eat – i.e. cereals, breads, crackers, vegetables & fruits, dairy or vegan alternatives, pasta, rice, meats and/or beans, nuts & seeds, etc. Avoid the recipes, unless there is something like “classic” or “quick” in the title.

I did the menu planner and pulled up weekly menus. I am so busy and always running around. Do you have a more quick and simple menu to achieve the same goals?
I want to just throw food in a cooler and go in the morning.
