mydogname 11 years ago | From a standing position step 1: Kneel down into a squating position hands on the floor Step 2: Kick your feet out into a push-up position Step 3: Pull your feet back in to return to the squating position with hands on floor Step 4: Stand up; Then in a loud and proud voice say “ONE!” 4 sets 10 reps 15sec. rest between sets. Keep time and try to improve each day. |
