Hi, Ubig, and congratulations! We wish you continued success. Thanks for the tips, too 🙂

Getting an early enough start in the day is key to being able to fit all meals and snacks into the day. I am starting to better understand the balance of good fats.carbs and proteins that provides the energy you need to burn calories.
Having completed week (1) I am pleased to say that I lost 5lbs.

Please note, there is no time limit with regards to how long you spend on each week. You can take your time, and go at your own pace. Once you complete a week it will automatically unlock the next week, but you can remain in the week you are on, and also return to previous weeks should you wish.

I’m starting on my journey today. Very excited. So… How do I change my dart dat to reflect today on and erase when I first opened the 8 week menu plan. Thanks

Hi, jscheetz65. We generally recommend what UBig noted, but people who work out very early in the morning can still make use of what they ate the night before.

I have found that my performance at the gym is better if I eat breakfast before I work out ….a 10am work out works best for me.

I am curious to know is it advantageous to eat breakfast before hitting the gym in the am or after?
