Is there a reason you don’t eat until 10 am? Are you sleeping or active until then? One of the first things recommended in a weight normalization plan is to eat when you are active – often weight gain can be caused by skipping early meals, especially breakfast.
If your day starts before your first meal, I would suggest gradually making that first meal earlier and earlier, and don’t skip anything.

Does breakfast mean the first meal of the day or is there a certain time of day/night. I don’t eat until 10am, so do I start with brkfst or go to lunch?
