Hi, KatieMayor. There are great whole grain cold cereals you can have with milk, bread and spread, yogurts and nuts, and of course, all with fruits. If you want to have it literally while on the run, check out some of our more robust smoothie recipes (in the “Beverages” category of our collection) that you can blend and put in a thermos to take with you.

Hi ..Im new to the site. Really looking something different from other sites but still struggling to find breakfast ideas “on the run” that dont require heating up in the microwave.
Any ideas ?
