Hi, Babsicah. Have you entered the Menu Planner application, selecting your foods, and getting the wrong menus? Or did you download readymade menus?

I do not understand the meal planner. I listed at sign up that I am gluten free, but the meals are chocked full of breads, especially the breakfast menues.
I also have uncontrolled typ 2 diabetes, with high cholesteral and high blood pressure in the upper part of my body, only (due to blocked stints in my abdomen).
I also have adhesions causing bowel obstructions in several places.
I have been fighting diabetes and weight gain for 3 years, now, and no matter how much insulin I take, my blood sugar level remains very high, and the insulin is causing me to gain weight.
I need focused help, which my doctors and local nutritionists are either unable or unwilling to give.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Bernice. Yes, especially if they are organic or non-GMO, and the portion size matters – for that, the menu can guide you.
