Hi, rmarra. We do indeed recommend whole grain, preferably 100% whole, and ideally sprouted whole grain. These are actually relatively low in the types of available carbs that would work against your efforts here, and are much easier to digest – so yes, sprouted grain breads are indeed better (you can read more at https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread).

New – sorry for basic questions. I would like to know what advice I can get on the types of breads I should eat. Whole grain I’m guessing? I see bagels on the menus ; surprised to see these as they are so high carb.

Brand recommendations appreciated.
