 Njob22 12 years ago | Spelt I went to a health food store and found the ladies were really helpful in finding most of the food i didn’t know wut they were. but the SWG I’m still not sure….I make sure I’m eating bread or tortillas that you can visibly see the grains in it…like ancient grain or twleve grain bread….i figured that was close enough because no one I asked knew wut it was |
