 nicolemanson 10 years ago | Some breads don’t typically have a lot of dairy in them. But you can always buy dairy free breads (I buy Alvarado St.Bakery brand). Some yeast breads like sourdough or french don’t have any dairy….but for myself, i avoid products made with white flour. It’s bad for you. |
