Seaweed is great, but be careful about the salted kind – too much sodium can make you bloated and look heavier than you need to.
The plan is actually quite low in carbohydrates, and even more advantageous if the breads you eat are 100% whole or sprouted whole grain.
In the Menu Planner processes, you can choose or avoid whatever you wish. As long as you select the minimum number of options in each food group, the application will create menus for you.

i wish to lose alteast 30 pounds by june but i feel like im eating alot of food and bread. when i do my next weeks meal plan should i get rid of some of the bread items? And also would it be possible for me to eat seaweed?
