Hi, Ehuoule. Wheat is a grain, so if it is 100% Whole Wheat, it is %100 Whole Grain. If the number is not present, then look at the ingredients list for any flours that are not listed as “whole.”

When shopping for bread, how do I know if I’m getting “100% Whole Grain” and not whole wheat, etc. What am I supposed to be looking for on the Nutrition label or ingredients?

Hi, Louise. If that bread has the smallest amount of refined flour of all the breads that you like, it’s fine.
