Hi, linnypinny. If your goal is the fiber, that cereal is fine. The In general, it is preferred that whole grain products are consumed throughout the day so that you get the fiber with the other benefits of the food (other than just the bran). Tea is fine as well, especially if it is a type with health benefits, such as green, white, or rooibos. A splash of milk helps limit the loss of minerals, so that is a great idea.

Can I have “All Bran” for breakfast with skimmed milk? I need this for the fibre. Is it ok to have approx 5 cups of tea with splash of skimmed milk during the day?
