I notice the BMI index on the progress monitoring app and wondered what a good number or range is. How is it determined? Does the program figure in height,weight, and the food journal to tell? Also is there a way to change the first weight I put in before I started? When i try to change it, it updates the current day even when I go back to that date. (The first weight I put in was wrong.)Thanks!
