Hi, Acvoss. Giving blood is a strain on your body, so don’t fight the hunger. You don’t give blood every day, so it’s not a major threat to your long term plans and goals here.

I’m on my third week of 21 day menu plan, I donated blood just after lunch on day 16 and found I was hungry not long after having dinner, I had to have 2 extra snack times before going to bed. What and how much can I eat to avoid this hunger overdrive after giving blood, lucky I had no bad snacks in the house at the time :).
