Hi, thecovecww. If you selected cold cereal, a dairy product – either yogurt or milk – will appear with it, or at the morning snack. You can use that for your cereal (swap the yogurt for milk).
Regarding beverages to avoid, we don’t encourage store-bought juices, or any beverages sweetened with added sugar or artificial sweeteners, colors, etc. We do recommend water, either plain (carbonated is fine) or steeped with fruit (like tea), as well as tea and coffee (again, without artificial additives – Stevia and regular or plant-based milk are fine).

I picked cold cereal as an option for breakfast in the meal planner. Does that take into account that I will be having milk in the cereal? Also, is there a list of recommended beverages or beverages to avoid, and where would I find that? Thank you.
