Hi, anmatecson, and welcome. It could be that the overall food plans you have been on did not suit your metabolism. Our algorithm takes into account your body type and size, as well as your activity level to provide what you need. Perhaps you will have more success here.
In addition, you may benefit from adding some non-cardio exercise to your regime – such as strength, resistance, flexibility, or balance type workouts.

Hi,
I just joined 🙂
I have been doing moderate exercises 5 days a week
30-45 minutes
Indoor walking, Zumba,
I also do intermittent fasting (from 1-7 pm)
Haven’t eaten rice or white bread for a year or so
But my weight has not changed:(
Any suggestions?
