Hi, Catherine. This is the place to contact me 🙂
First, congratulations on your initial loss. Don’t worry too much about backsliding, because it’s normal and all a part of the process (and life). Yes, you can repeat week 5, and any week you want as much as you need.

Hi, Helen. The first thing I would recommend is to try to use the best animal products, preferably organic pastured for things like chicken, red meat, and eggs, and fatty fish (such as salmon). The rest of your eating habits sound great.
Where are you now in the recovery process after your injury? That will make a difference in how you move forward against your belly fat.

At almost 80 yrs old, and for the last 7 months almost immobilised from extensive soft tissue injury, I’ve managed to lose 14.5kg and dropped two sizes in clothes. However, I still have quite a bit of belly fat and not sure how to get rid of it. I do all the recommended things as regards thermogenic teas, have taken Garcinia Cambodia and green coffee extract capsules. My diet consists of fish, chicken & eggs, occasional red meat, plenty of high fibre veg, esp greens and yellows, reds and purples, as well some as fruits. No refined foods at all. Any help would be welcome.
