Hi, rrodie. Fair enough, though I would recommend getting any dairy or fruit from that meal somewhere else during the day – you can swap ice cream for plain yogurt with your own fruit and Stevia, of course.

Being diabetic, the sugar snacks in the evening does not work for me. I am good with letting go of the evening snacks, which I would like to try to get out of the habit anyway.
