Before and After wraps up my initial thoughts on the 60-Day Challenge. I know that some people have achieved absolutely astonishing results and I can’t wait to see their pictures.

For myself, I’m astonished at what losing just 6 pounds (probably 8 pounds of fat, with some muscle gain in my upper body because I just did not have the muscle mass even 8 weeks ago that I have now with some very, very light lifting) has done for me. I celebrated with a cheeseburger at lunch, and have set some goals for myself that I hope to achieve by the end of October. Taking it a little easy for the next day or so, then back on my exercise plan on Friday.

I’d totally love to have company.
