MichelleLee63 5 years ago | I bought a pack of Beansprouts this week (as I like them and you said sprouted beans are healthy, I read somewhere that sprouting a grain converts it from a seed to a vegetable and makes it easier to digest).The pack says they are sprouted Mung Beans, but I can’t find them on the list so don’t know if they class as mung beans or a vegetable of my choice. |
