| | cheese is not my most favorite food, can’t seem to swallow the stuff; mainly use in toasted cheese sandwaich or mixed in with hot food to melt it. have always read to consume fat free milk and not your first weeks menu lists 2% milk–what’s the reasoning behind this? thanks |
