Hi, Pajones04. You can substitute a cup or piece of any fresh or frozen fruit for the banana, and any ounce of dairy, meat, or vegan substitute, 1/4 cup of cooked beans, or 2 tablespoons or nuts or seeds for the egg.
Hey I don’t eat either. What can I substitute? I have just left it out my meal plan.
