hello to all. i made this recipe on the weekend and then some visitors dropped in, so i cut it up and gave them some..they didnt even know that it was GLUTEN FREE and i replaced the EGGS with OIL and it was great they loved it…well they must have because its all gone..so i am going to make some more cut into slices and freeze it..well done TRIM CLUB//10 out of 10 for this recipe…love and light
