Hi. My problem is: when breakfast includes grits ( which I really like), I like butter in them and when breakfast calls for oatmeal, I really like milk ans a little butter in it. HELP. Can I add a little?

Hi, Ovive. Yes, every day has the same nutritional value, and you can switch between them.
When you go through the Menu Planner, be sure items you don’t like weren’t checked off by mistake and sneaking into your menu.
Note also that by each item in the menu, there is a feature on which you can click to switch the item for something else in that food group.
Familiarity with the food groups will come in time as you review the food lists in the application.

I would appreciate the same info as smoshos.
I am a 77year old female 1 weigh 173.4 from 178 5 weeks into the program. My goal is 160 and I would go on from there. I am unable to exercise due to back injury. I would like some variety based on new menus.

Hi, smoshos. The menus are basically 45% from carbs, 25% protein, and 30% fat. If you can list your gender, height, weight, and weight goal (i.e. loss or maintenance), I can give you a more precise pattern with which you can build a menu.

I would like to work with my healthy food choices to create balanced menus for lunch. For example I would like a swg bread ham sandwich or a garden salad, tuna salad. My menus from the planner combined strange things. In other words I need to know what % of each meal should be protein, low carb, starch, fat, etc.
