Hi, Twins221. Absolutely! Avocado is considered a “fat” here. Each two tablespoons is considered to be a fat exchange, and can substitute for such items as a teaspoon of oil or butter, a tablespoon of cream cheese, two tablespoons of sour cream, or four tablespoons of olives.
