Thanks for the confirmation. Decided to go with Lettuce for this meal.

Will keep an eye out for Avocado.

Hi, marigarc. In this program it is categorized as a “fat”. An avocado would be fine to have as a meal (try to go easy on the olive oil, perhaps no more than a teaspoon or 5 ml per avocado), but note that it is rather low in protein. I suggest to have it with 1/2 cup of black or red beans.

Hi all,
I know avacado is classified as fruit but in my country we also use as salad with olive oil and onions.

Would this be OK to have as salad for a meal?
