One of the main principles of this program is to avoid processed foods and build eating habits based on fresh, whole foods. The food lists were recently expanded to incorporate processed foods because many of the Club members live in areas where the selection of foods is limited – therefore, they use more of the portion control, balancing, follow-up, etc. principles of the program.
The design of menus to enable metabolic balance – particularly of glucose and insulin – is particularly relevant to you.

I have not been able to get a diet plan as I don’t know half of the food, that they are suggesting. I live in Australia, I am diabetic, have a bad heart and due to a skin condition try to eat as little process food as possible. But in this diet it seems as if they eat a lot of process food and even junk food, I don’t think this club is going to be any good for me.
