Hi, Adp1955. Yes, they are allowed. We do encourage the V8 to be low-sodium, though, and prefer the almond milk be fortified with calcium and vitamins if it is a substitute for soy or dairy milk.
Can someone tell me if almond milk and V8 juice are allowed?
