Hi, deminichols. I would be happy to help. What does the rest of your day look like? When do you retire for the night?

Oh gosh.. I really don’t eat breakfast and that is going to be a challenge for me. I normally don’t wake until 10:AM do to my husbands work schedule. So I am making a daily-by the hour to do list to keep me on track. Hope it helps me stay on track. If anyone has any suggestions It would be awesome.. 😀

I’ve had a trainer tell me that you should eat within 40 minutes of rising, so that your body knows you are not planning on starving it. By doing this, it will allow our body to let go of the weight. Otherwise, it will hold onto it, as it thinks you will not feed it.

I struggle with this as well. I often panic when my meal schedule gets compressed. Adjusting to having 6 meals a day is a challenge. The key for me is to have healthy snacks at arms length. Never let yourself get hungry.

My optimal meals are at 8, 10, 12, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm

Thanks for the recomendation, will set my times accordingly. This along with the other response gives me a better idea of how to manage my meals.

Again thanks!

I was confused by this as well at first, like yourself, I never ate breakfast. Now I aim to have eaten breakfast by 09:30 – 10:00, I have a snack at 11:30 – 12:00, I aim to eat my lunch by 14:00-14:30, then I snack again at 16:00-17:00 and I make sure I have my dinner eaten by no later than 20:00. Don’t eat after 20:00.
This has worked really well for me, I feel full but not bloated or ill. I am ready to eat at the times that I stated and I remain full till my next snack or meal. I’m no expert but this has worked really well for me and I hope this was helpful in some way.

Starting my diet tomorrow. Am a bit.confused because I’ve never eaten so much in one day. So at what time should i have breakfast? I dont usually have breakfast so this is new for me. Also, how much time should i wait between meals and snacks…. What time should i have my nightly snack? Also new for me….
Thanks,
Mari
