Hi, Tioga. Use our Superfoods Express Meal plans or select foods in the Menu Planner that are in the lighter blue, taking care to get plenty of omega-3 fats, and add lots of fresh herbs and spices. These will provide maximum anti-inflammatory activity.

I have severe arthritis and will have to modify recipe and meal suggestions to fit an anti-inflammatory food plan. Any suggestions
