Hi, ApricotBlackie. To get a little less food, lower the current weight in your profile by 2 lbs, then regenerate your menus. We would, however, encourage you to exercise for general health, too. What are the barriers?
Seems too much food, as I am not working and not exercising enough, I guess. Breakfast of oatmeal, yogurt, and banana made me feel stuffed. How to modify amount?
