Hi, Katch. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, there may indeed be an adjustment period. Don’t fight it too much, though, because it’s great that you are in tune with your satiety signals. If you change your weight to 258 lbs in your profile, you will get a little less food.

Ok, I know this is kind of a dumb question. On Day 2, I followed my meal plan to the letter up to lunch and it is getting to be 2nd snack time and I am stuffed. So my big question, how can this work if you are so full all the time? I have Type 2 Diabetes and take Metformin, I have watched my blood sugar react appropriately to the meals so far. But I have to say, I don’t want another thing to eat today…..and that is highly unusual. HA! Is there an adjustment period to eating 6 meals a day?
