The Menu Planner was recently expanded to include more easily obtained foods, just for people like you. Just try to eat whole, fresh, unprocessed foods, low in fat and sugar, and control portion sizes, and you will be benefiting from major principles of the program.
You can also order most of these products online.

I just recently purchased this plan.I’ve been reading the information but feel overwhelmed with all the changes mentioned. I do believe that those foods are great for my body but I live in a small/medium size city where there is not much to buy when it comes to healthy food. I’ve browsed thru the menu planner but I don’t have all the ingredients to follow it on a daily basis. I’ve started an exercise class. How do I go about making these food changes little by little till I can go to an Whole Foods store and still loose weight? Please help?
