Hi, Judy. If you want, you are welcome to post here your age, height, weight, healthiest past weight, and physical activity level, as well as a sample day from the menu you received here, and what/how much you eat/drink in addition (or less) – I would be happy to run some calculations for you and make some suggestions.

I am a home economist and have been eating by these guidelines all my life, however I seem to be gaining as I get older and not able to reduce except by eliminating everything I enjoy-wine for instance
