Hi, Fluffy. In your profile, you can click on “Gluten-Free” in the bottom righthand corner. Be sure to select whole gluten-free grain products as much as possible.
If you also have lactose-intolerance, in the same area in your profile, you can also select “Dairy-Free”. If this is the case, be sure to get probiotics from other sources, such as fermented vegetables and legumes, cultured coconut or soy products, and perhaps even supplements.

Hi, ShonaPonder, and welcome. As you will see when you enter the Menu Planner application, you can choose which foods you can/do want in your menus, and completely avoid those you don’t. Since we encourage whole foods vs. processed, it is that much easier to filter out undesirables.

Hi I have just signed up and am really looking forward to creating my menus !!! One problem I don’t see anywhere about other allergies ? I am allergic to papya, melon milk and my daughter has a nut allergy so bad she carries a pen so we never have nuts in the house can you help please
