Hi, Martinez, and welcome! You can substitute seed and seed butters, as well as cheeses, eggs, and avocado. If you have other dietary needs, please do repost, and I would be happy to help with a solution.

Hello everybody,
I just started today and I was taking a look at the 21 Day of weight loss meals and I saw a lot of snacks with almonds and peanut butter. Is there any substitute for those things?
