Egg whites are just fine. You can also use vegan options – such as chickpea flour (especially if you like “scrambled” eggs, or Ener-G (a mix of grain starches). If you are looking for something in particular, by all means post here, and I will find a solution.

What do you use for egg yolks if allergic to them? Use egg whites mostly in recipes.
