Alcohol or wine

Hi, jamzloc. Alcohol is definitely allowed as a treat in this program. To make it work, you can either substitute what you want for the corresponding exchanges in your menu (you can view them by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your current menus), or selecting them in the food lists in the personal version of the Menu Planner (you can access it by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your menu), located in the “Beverages” subcategory of the “Carbohydrates” category. 1 4-oz (120-ml) glass of dry wine equals 1 carb + 1 fat exchange.
