ok…tech support contacted me…there was a minor problem with the ee mail acct…and i needed to learn where certain ‘buttons’ were to do some things..soooooooooooo…temporarily ok…

I have used tech support with no problems at all. I do however have a comment about the Progress Chart. I wish the gradations were closer, so that when you lose 2-4 pounds it really shows.

thank you
but i am getting “0” communications from them
my hope page shows i am still on week 2
another page shows i am on week 7
there is no body to contact and there is no phone number
as they say in LV
Elvis has left the building
in this cse
TrimDownClub has left their web site help program

Have you noticed that once you sign in to the TrimDownClub.com site, and then when you go to the “Communicty” area, the website logs you out automatically, and then you have to re-sign back in. It should not do that….!
