If you don’t see anything there, yes, you can add up to a teaspoon of something – if you want more and see another source of fat on your menu, you can click on it to swap it for a larger amount of spread. |
![]() | Just started today and built my menu. If the menu calls for 1SWG English Muffin can I add butter or something to it or do I need to eat it plan? Also do vegetables have to be eaten raw or can I cook them up? For example can I make zucchini baked crisps with panko crumbs or do I just have to sauté them in a little oil? Do I have to reflect this on my menu to ensure it is balanced? |
